Personal data

We do not process personal data on this site. It is 100% static: no forms, registration, login or tracking cookies.

If you email us at any of the contact addresses (contacto@, legal@, privacidad@), your email and message are kept only to respond and are deleted once the matter is resolved.

Player data in the blacklist

The “Blacklist” section references public Albion Online character names (IGNs), along with a description of the incident that led to inclusion. Character names are public game information accessible via Sandbox Interactive’s gameinfo.

Affected parties may exercise rights of access, rectification and erasure by writing to privacidad@aovalhalla.com. We will review each request and remove the entry within a reasonable time if appropriate.

Roster

Members listed at /roster are linked to their public Royal Forge profiles. Inclusion is opt-in: any member may ask to be removed at any time, and we’ll remove the entry in the next deployment.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log request metadata (IP, user agent) in its operational logs per their privacy policy. We do not access those logs for analytics.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll communicate it in this same document with a new date at the top.
